This is a private, locked-off/non-shared space, w/ separate entrance & parking area from the main house. You have the entire 1st floor of house (minus garage) with 888 Sq ft of living space!

- HOT TUB: All users must take a shower immediately before entering hot tub - no exceptions; Wear a soap-free swimsuit or go au naturel / nude / clothing optional. No street clothes (ruins the water)! If you are going to wear a suit in the tub, please rinse it in the shower before use!

- PETS: While we absolutely love dogs, as a courtesy to future guests and the peacefulness of our own pups, we generally do not allow dogs or other animals on the property.
- CHECK-IN: Primary person named on reservation must be present at check-in. For legal reasons, I do not accept third party or gift bookings.
- IDENTIFICATION: Depending on guest AirBnB history, reviews/rating, we may ask for a copy of each guest's government issued photo ID.
- FIRE: Because the house is surrounded by forest in wildfire country, Smokey Bear does not permit the burning of wood. However, I may provide the totally-not-so-amazing, but safer, long-burning wood-logs during colder months and at times of low fire danger. It's mostly an insurance thing.
- FIREWORKS: Absolutely no fireworks of any kind, for any occasion. This includes the Fourth of July & New Year's Holidays.

Perfectly situated & nestled in a forest of aspen & pine trees, we're in another world from the 25 casinos of Central City/Black Hawk (3 mi away) & Idaho Springs/I-70 (5 mi away).
Very secluded location on a dead-end road, we're the only house/cabin within sight!
