And then coming home to the luxury and relaxed atmosphere of our House of Orange. This brand new holiday cottage has all we wished for. Fully catered with super box spring matrasses. Modern kitchen with all appliances, like dish washer, micro wave oven, etc. Led TV and free Wi-Fi and standard Chromecast, so we used our Netflix account to enjoy some new movies. Nice gesture from owner was a 10% discount voucher for restaurant Smaakvol in Holten. We had a fantastic dinner and a great bottle of wine there. The pittoresque village of Holten is close by. We whole heartily recommend Huis van Oranje to other guests.

All cancellations must be confirmed by the person named on the booking form.
Unavoidable Changes
If circumstances arise beyond our control, we reserve the right to cancel the booking and in such event all sums paid will be refunded. No interest or compensation will be paid. Or alternatively, subject to availability we will offer alternative premises of similar standard if a major change in the booking is necessary. If this is necessary we will endeavor to give as much notice as is reasonably possible.
However, if the guest does not wish to be relocated then all sums paid for the property shall be returned without interest or compensation.
Security Deposit
A conditional refundable security deposit of £250/$300/€215 per week of stay will be charged with the final balance to cover any breakage, damage or losses whilst staying in the villa. The guest is solely responsible for any damages or breakages that may be caused to the villa or its contents.

Een fantastisch vakantiehuis van alle gemakken voorzien. Het ontbreekt echt aan niets. Mooi aangelegde tuin. Super uitvalbasis voor Salland, Twente en dagtrip naar Duitsland (Bad Bentheim, Münster, etc.). Wij komen hier beslist weer terug!

Het huis is fantastisch. Nieuw en super schoon. Van Alle gemakken voorzien. Heerlijke box spring matrassen. Echt een Huis van Oranje. De omgeving van het huis leent zich uitstekend voor wandelen en fietsen. Gezellige dorpjes als Holten en Markelo. Zeker voor herhaling vatbaar.
