Why This Property?
We stayed in this unit in the 1980's. We liked it so well we were elated when it came up for sale. It is right in Avalon, close to all, and has been well kept. The pool, jacuzzi, gardens and golf cart were all features we really wanted. We enjoyed the fact that in one hour on the boat, we could be at our getaway.

Unique Benefits
Our place is right in town so the beach, Boardwalk, restaurants, golf course and Casino are all just minutes away. A few minutes of driving just to the lft of our condo will get you the best view of Avalon Bay, Long Beach and Dana Point. Being in the corner of town allows the complex to be in a quiet location but still close to everything.
