Welcome to our resort style, luxurious villa "Tivoli Oasis"!
For those discerning guests who feel that quality and cleanliness are essential, this is the house to rent! This home has been recently renovated with quality designer furniture that can be enjoyed in complete privacy. The house is set on a beautiful, lush and tropical property, with plenty of trees to provide privacy. Our guests can enjoy their own private oasis only 5-10 minutes from all that Naples has to offer. This villa has recently been extensively renovated. The renovations include: New Kitchen and all new HE stainless steel appliances. 3 renovated bathrooms with two new modern walk-in showers and a new free standing tub in the master, new tile, and marble/granite vanities. New white washed floor tiles in all 4 bedrooms, new high end fans and lighting. All new designer furniture, art, TVs, etc. Lastly, a complete pool and spa remodel with new pavers, pool furniture, color led lights, pool automation, salt water system, and much more!
After spending over 80 nights a year in hotels, the owner (Derek) understands exactly what level of luxury vacationers are looking for including: cleanliness! white Egyptian cotton sheets and duvet covers, premium pillows, white lush towels, hair dryers, and nice toiletries. Additionally, we invested in great mattresses! At DL Vacation Rentals we feel that cleanliness is what separates our rentals from many others. Our professional cleaners spend 6 hours to clean the house prior to every rental. We provide bathroom amenities, kitchen staples, and some toilet paper and paper towels. Our villas are appointed with top quality beds and luxurious linens including white Egyptian cotton duvet covers (washed before every renter!),
Our villa is situated in the private gated community of Briarwood, about 4.5 Miles from 5th Avenue, the Naples beach and pier, the trendy Mercato area, Whole Foods, cinemas, galleries and museums, and is very convenient for accessing local supermarkets, banks, etc. Briarwood is a quiet, 24hr gated residential community, which has two further pools (resort & lap pools), tennis, basketball, and beach volleyball courts, soccer field, as well as a children's play area. This villa is great for romantic getaways, family vacation, group vacations, golf weekends, etc.
The recently renovated pool deck has new interlocking pavers and pool coping, salt water pool system, pool automation, optional electric heated pool and spa, is very private and secluded with plenty of planters and palms, overlooks a beautiful canal where you can fish or kayak, and has a full range of luxurious outdoor furniture and chaise loungers.
The house is also very high tech, with wall mounted flat LED TVs in every bedroom, giant 65" smart TV in the great room, surround sound in two rooms, blu-ray player, indoor (4 speakers in the ceiling) and outdoor stereo system, colored LED pool lights, and pool automation.
The villa itself is newly furnished to a very high standard, in a cozy and modern way to complement the Floridian Lifestyle. The great room has a lovely airy feel with 12' vaulted ceilings, new furniture, and boasts seating for many guests as well as a giant wall mounted 65" LED HDTV, sound bar, Blu-ray player, and stereo sound system. The slide and stack doors separating the living room and the pool area is a wonderful feature, allowing the living room to be open completely to the pool area.
The gourmet kitchen, with newly installed granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances, is fully equipped with all necessities to cook almost anything, including plenty appliances, microwave, dishwasher, fridge and freezer (with filtered water and ice machine built in), a Keurig coffee maker and Nespresso. Adjacent to the kitchen is a desk that is perfect to enjoy the free WiFi. The dining area has a new Acacia wood table large enough to seat eight diners comfortably. The villa boasts upgraded designer fans in all rooms.
There are three rooms with brand new king sized beds and a fourth bedroom with two twin beds (All bedrooms have a 42" wall-mounted TV and cable). Also, there are three newly renovated bathrooms. There is a utility room houses a new high-efficiency Samsung washer and dryer, with access to the double garage.

Should cancellation of a booking become necessary, written notification should be given as soon as possible. Cancellations made more than 3 months in advance of the Check-in date will incur only loss of 25% of the rental amount including BPOA application fee. If the renter fails to pay their final payment by 80 days before check-in their reservation will be cancelled and the initial 25% deposit will be forfeited. Cancellations made between 90 and 60 days in advance of the starting date will be refunded at 50% of the rental cost. Cancellations made within 60 days of the starting date will incur a charge of 100% of the rental amount. You are strongly advised to cover the risks associated with, cancellation, health and accident during your vacation by taking out comprehensive insurance cover.
