About Linda Reinholtz
Our family lives in Wisconsin and loves vacationing in Florida and spending time at the beach. Our son loves to golf and the house is surrounded by 5 awesome PGA golf courses! And it is a private location with no houses next door and a wooded back yard. Boca Grande, our favorite beach, is only 15 minutes away!
Why This Property?
It is in a quiet area with not the crazy traffic like Fort Meyers, Sanibel or Clearwater/St. Pete Beach. Love having the pool and open concept floor plan! Was a plain house with no character! A clean slate to have it professionally designed as a Floridian Villa and retreat! Easy to get to via Punta Gorda airport or Ft. Meyers airport or St. Pete airport.
Unique Benefits
All you have to do is pack your suitcase and sunscreen. We have the beach towels (lots of them!), kids toys for the beach, beach frisbee, 6 beach chairs, 3 huge beach umbrellas with sand anchors, pool noodles and water basketball for the pool, kitchen is fully loaded with spices and appliances and the area is very quiet for a relaxing night of sleep!
