Why This Property?
We purchased this condo because it was in the perfect location. We love that we have amazing lake views from our balcony and can walk to the other side of the building and be on the gulf. There are 5 pools, a workout room, boardwalk, putting green, and playground. There is a light show nightly on the lake that you can see from the balcony. Unique Benefits
Being on the lake has some great benefits. My favorite view is at night when the boardwalk and lake are all lit up and everything is nice and peaceful.
