When we were looking to purchase a condo, our real estate agent took us to the beach early one morning. The sky was clear, the Gulf was like a shimmering emerald, and as we waded into the warm water, we decided that day we wanted to be as close to the beach as possible with a beautiful view. We purchased Emerald Oasis in 2004; we love being on the West End of PCB!
Why This Property?
In 2003 our neighbors told us of a marsh-front property they purchased on Folly Beach that boasted beautiful views.
