Check-in (bag-drop without staying in the apartment) from 11:30 AM, move-in starts at 2:30 PM and check-out is before 11:00 AM. Early check-in (before 11:00 AM) / late check-out possible for extra fee. We generally offer late check-in till midnight. Additional fees will apply as follow: * 8:00 PM until 11:00 PM - GBP30 * 11:00 PM until 12:00 AM - GBP50 * 12:00 AM until 9:00 AM - GBP100 Personal guest manager in the standby position. Maid service available - upon request and necessary fees apply. Airport pick-up and drop off service - upon request and necessary fees apply. Please note that our guest manager will be glad to wait for you in the apartment within the time agreed. In case we agreed for a check-in time or a bag-drop time and you arrive later, there will be a waiting fee of GBP10 per hour. To avoid this, please immediately inform me or my guest manager if there will be any delays in your flight at least 3-4 hours earlier. - Strictly NO Partying. - Strictly NO Smoking (only on the balcony). - Please note that not every neighbor is happy about the New Sharing Economy. If we want them to understand the 21st-century :-)) We should respect normal house rules like.... no party after 10:00 PM, be quiet in the staircase/hallway, don't ring at neighbors bell because you cannot find the key in your handbag, don't throw things out of the window, eg. Just use your common sense. Although the apartment is on a very high standard and equipped like a serviced apartment - I am still a private host but not a Hotel with fully employed staff and a front desk. Please, no partying without acknowledgment and confirmation, no smoking but only on the balcony/ garden, no drugs, eg. Besides the risk of losing your deposit (apartment gets checked after your check out), it would be sad to lose the apartment due to inappropriate behavior.
