The apartment is new and is furnished in a modern style, it has everything you need for a pleasant stay.
It has two big bedrooms each of them with a queen bed and full bathroom. There is a guest toilet for eventual visitors.

The apartment is new and is furnished in a modern style, it has everything you need for a pleasant stay.
It has two big bedrooms each of them with a queen bed and full bathroom. There is a guest toilet for eventual visitors.
The kitchen is fully equipped (oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, hob -all electric), pans, silverware and plates enough for 6 persons. There is a washer/dryer in case you need it. Towels are provided for all the guests. The parking space is underground so you will not feel like melting every time you get in your car. The rates are based on accommodation for 2, a charge for an extra person applies.
We have 4 bicycles!! You can use them to go to Playa or to go to the beach club! Also you can borrow rackets and balls at the security post to play at the paddle court!!! There is also a concierge service at the "Casa Club" (next to the Nick Price Residence) that can help you with booking a tour! ;)
You will wake up to a beautiful view of the golf course and the ocean. The Grand Coral complex offers a number of entertainment and relaxation options which are all available to you. Please contact me for special rates when booking for 28 days or longer.

The bicycles are for you to use and enjoy and we kindly ask you to always use the lock. They are just regular bikes so we don't expect them to be attractive to thieves, but please don't make it easy for them. In case they are lost, stolen or damaged (beyond usual ware & tear) we will have to charge USD $150 from the security deposit for each lost, stolen or damaged (beyond usual ware & tear) bike.
Another important thing, please please do not lose the keys, since changing the combination and replacing all sets of keys is very expensive. In case the keys are lost we will need to charge USD $75 from the security deposit.
In case you have to leave and can't see Hugo before you go, you can leave the keys inside the flat but please let us know so we can give further information. Please do not leave the keys with the security (unless we tell you to) since they are not allowed to accept them (not by me, by the administration of the complex).
