The condo has an en suite master bedroom and bath with a king sized bed. There is a second "bunk" style sleeping area with 2 queen beds. The second full bath also has a laundry area.
Lorraine and Joe Gimli, Manitoba, Canada Great location!! We stayed here for three weeks. The condo is pretty much like the pictures show. The view was amazing. This condo is well situated as you can walk to everywhere, markets, restaurants, entertainment, beach, etc. The condo is well appointed and if you wanted to cook a gourmet meal in that kitchen you could no problem! The stairs and ramps where a bit of a workout and our legs were really fit when we returned home. The owners Ed and Stefan were very accommodating and easy to contact. We like to travel and rent condos when we go, it will be very hard to find another that meets the standard of this condo. When we go back to PV we would rent here. This was our first stay at this condo and our expectations were exceeded all around. The condo itself was clean, comfortable, and well-appointed. The views of the bay are quite spectacular and the patio is a wonderful place to spend quiet morning time as well as enjoying the sunsets and lights on the water in the evenings. The location is perfect -- just a block off the beach and close to all the great restaurants and shopping in old town and along the Malecon in the center part of town, so no need for a car. The owners provided clear information about the condo and many suggestions for activities and good places to eat. Overall, a perfect place to stay in Puerto Vallarta! Cancellation & Refund Policy
  • Bookings cancelled at minimum 30 days before the start of the stay will receive a 50% refund.
  • Bookings cancelled at minimum 60 days before the start of the stay will receive 100% refund.
Our cancellation policy: In the event you need to cancel the reservation we will refund full payment 60 days prior to the planned commencement of the rental or one half the rental fee 30 days prior. After 30 days prior if we are able to re-rent over the dates you requested we will refund you the rental fee at a prorated "per night" rate for the dates we are able to re-rent.

About Stefan
Owners: Ed and Stefan We have been traveling to Mexico and Vallarta for many years. We bought our PV home in April of 2007 after renting another apt in the same complex. We love Vallarta for it's 'laid back' unpretentious atmosphere, great beaches, restaurants, shopping, and night life. You will too!

Wonderful condo, great location!

The fully equipped condo made for a comfortable stay in so many ways--kitchen, bedroom, baths are all top notch. It was so wonderful to have coffee on the deck every morning with the great view out over the bay and and a great place to relax during the day. Location in old town is very convenient for access to the beach, fun restaurants, grocery store, etc. We were able to walk everywhere and didn't need a car. Stephan, the owner, was very helpful in offering suggestions about restaurants, activities, etc. and was great about answering questions. Would definitely stay here again!

A view that never gets old!

I've been fourtante enough to be able to rent this unit multiple times in the last few years. One of my favorite destinations and the location can't be beat. Located in the charming old Romaric zone of Vallarta. The unit is well equipped with everything one needs to feel like they are a locale. It's easy juant to shops, restaurants, coffee shops, beach and farmers market. The view from this unit is unbelievable of Benderas Bay! High-end finishes comfy beds and sleek style is what you get. You'll want to come back for more.
