Cancellation & Refund Policy
- Bookings cancelled at minimum 30 days before the start of the stay will receive a 50% refund.
- Bookings cancelled at minimum 60 days before the start of the stay will receive 100% refund.
We reserve the right to refund deposits, refuse rental or discontinue occupancy if, in the opinion of our property manager, same is detrimental to the premises. No refunds shall be given if occupancy is terminated as a result of a violation of our rental regulations or state laws.

We built this island home on Holden Beach 16 years ago in anticipation of retiring here, and decided we should share the experience by renting to others. The sense of remoteness and ability to enjoy family on a beautiful island was the reason we chose to build on Holden Beach. Because we find ourselves working all the time, we do not get a chance to get to our beautiful beach home very often and would rather have others that appreciate its qualities enjoy it when we can't. Many of our renters have been coming back every year.

Dear Miller Family, Thank you again for sharing your lovely home at Holden Beach. It is always nice to step in knowing we will have a clean, comfortable setting to enjoy our annual family vacation. We were lucky again this year to see not only dolphins playing in the intracoastal waterway late one afternoon, but we also saw a small Canadian cruise ship go by and then the next day we saw a dredge pushing/pulling?? (we were not sure) grain of some sort. Fun for the 4th year!

We have spent many summer weeks at Holden Beach of the last 10 years, but this is a crown jewel of a location. We had never stayed on the Intracoastal Waterway before and our family had such fun. This house has a wonderful dock, floating dock, and yard for loads of fun. Our kids enjoyed the beach, the waterway--especially on the kayaks we rented--and the adults enjoyed the back porch overlooking the waterway watching the sun rise, the sun set, and the chairs were wonderful. Thanks Miller Time! We will be back again next year.

This is our second October staying in your home at Holden Beach, and we are booked again for 2013. This is one of the most relaxing places we have ever stayed at on the beach and we love sitting on the porch watching nature pass us by.
