If you are looking for a professionally designed, executive villa, with private south facing pool on a prestige, gated community with golf course and country club facilities, then you have found the perfect place with Goofy's Golf Getaway at Providence in Davenport, Orlando.
Goofys Golf Getaway was finished 2016 and has been professionally furnished by an interior design company. The quality and decor is of an executive standard but there is also a fun element for the children with the choice of 3 Disney Theme Park bedrooms.
There are a number of upgrades such as the extended upstairs, giving 2 additional bathrooms and a huge loft/game area. The deck and pool have both been extended giving plenty of room to enjoy the Florida sun. The kitchen units and worktops have been upgraded and doors fitted to the second sitting area to provide a chill out room and some privacy.
Providence has its own Michael Dasher designed Par 72 Championship golf course with clubhouse facilities including restaurant and bar, pro-shop, driving range and putting green. In addition to the golf course there are two swimming pools, a resort style pool with slides and plenty of lounge chairs and an olympic size lap pool. There is also a childrens playground, an excellent fitness centre featuring state of the art fitness equipment and some of the best lighted tennis courts in Orlando.

The formal dining table, with its's blue LED centre lighting, can seat 8 people. There is also a breakfast bar with 4 bar stools for further seating.
Kitchen
The fully equipped kitchen has been upgraded to the white larger 42" maple cabinets with the upgraded white viatera work tops including a stainless steel 50/50 sink. There are four bar stools for convenience so the counter area can be utilised at meal, or snack times. The white whirlpool appliance package comprises of self cleaning oven, microwave conveniently located above the range, a side by side refrigerator and a 3 cycle dishwasher. There are all appliances you will need such as coffee maker, toaster and kettle.
The adjoining Laundry Room houses a washing machine and dryer, as well as an iron and ironing board (and watch the dirty washing from above as it even has a Laundry Chute!!). There is also a safe that is large enough to hold a laptop.
Chill Out Room

This room at the front of the house has been furnished purposely as a room to relax in, so no TV but very comfortable white leather sofa's, a white leather chaise lounge and even a bar for those important drinks to relax with. We have added doors to this room so if you wish you can have that added bit of privacy.
Upstairs
The huge Games/Loft Entertainment area greets you as you come up the stairs.

This London themed area comprises a large leather sectional suite with 2 additional chairs and table with stools. There is another wall mounted 60" Samsung Smart 4k Ultra HD LCD TV with blu-ray dvd and PS4 games console. There are also playing cards and some board games. Master Suite: 19'4' x 13'0" has a King bed, huge walk in wardrobe and sumptuous bathroom with two sinks, large walk in shower and separate toilet.
Bedroom 3: 13'0" x 13'7" is the Magic Kingdom Themed bedroom with 2 Single beds and own En-suite bathroom with two sinks, toilet and bath with shower.
Bedroom 4: 12'4" x 16'3" The Hollywood Studios Themed bedroom housing 2 Double/Full beds with own En-suite comprising single sink, toilet and bath with shower.
Bedroom 5: 12'4" x 13'3" Across the loft area is the final bedroom, a Queen suite with private bathroom comprising single sink, toilet and bath with shower.
All bedrooms have wall mounted 32" LCD FLat Screen TV's.
Garage/Games Room
The garage has been professionally converted into a games room complete with air-conditioning. The walls have been painted and decorated with wall art and a 40" flat screen TV, whilst the garage doors have been insulated to keep the heat out and covered with a thermal curtain for a more professional look. There is a 7' pool table, foosball table, air hockey and electronic dart board so enough to entertain everyone.
Pool Area

The deck area and pool have both been extended giving 5' of deck behind the pool meaning more space for sun loungers. As it is south facing the sun is on this area all day but there is also a covered lanai with comfortable cushioned seating, should you wish to escape the sun but still want to be outside. As well as a table and chairs for al fresco dining, there are plenty of sun loungers to relax on. The pool has a safety fence and cover. The pool can be heated on request and this is recommended if you are travelling between October and March. There is an additional charge for this which we can quote on request.
There is free high speed wireless internet. This enables the offering of a VOIP phone giving FREE unlimited local and long distance calls to landlines in most countries. It also provides a concierge service at the touch of a button.
Baby equipment is provided free of charge. There are 3 strollers, a crib/playpen and a high chair.
Most rooms also have USB sockets so things like portable devices can be charged without the need for travel adaptors.
Laundry Room Service
This provides high quality linens bringing the hotel style service to your home. Linens are professionally washed, sanitized and pressed, giving a professional feel. This level of service is impossible to achieve when washing linens in-house.

We all love music (with "similar" tastes) and attending concerts, sometimes even altogether! and enjoy watching films (Disney is still played a lot in our house!). Above all else though we love our family holidays. We have been fortunate enough to visit some fantastic places, both in the U.K., Europe, Asia and North America, but the place we have visited the most and fallen in love with, is obviously Florida. It has been a dream of ours for a number of years to own a place in Florida and in 2015 this eventually became a reality. Having spent a lot of time researching the various communities around the Disney area, scouring over many different properties and generally coming up with more questions than answers, we employed the help of a realtor to guide us. We took two weeks vacation in late August/early September which was more of a working holiday than a relaxing one. Our realtor was brilliant at helping us, asking questions, providing answers and giving sound advice. Although we completely changed our mind as to the community we wanted to be on and the type of property we wanted, we finally agreed a deal the day before we returned to the U.K. Whilst being very exciting it was (and is) quite scary, being 4,500 miles away and taking on such a big responsibility, but we are all over the moon we have eventually got our dream home in the sun.

Being keen holiday goers ourselves, we also appreciate people spend their hard earned money to enjoy their main family vacation and want their accommodation to be hassle free, comfortable and with all the amenities to make it a perfect stay. Whilst this is our first venture into running a rental villa, we would like to think we have a good idea of the sorts of things anyone wanting to rent will look for. However, we would welcome any feedback if we are missing anything or if you have ideas on what would really help the appeal for renting Goofy's Golf Getaway (we can't promise we can do everything but we will certainly try). We believe we have ticked a lot of boxes with our home, having an extended upstairs creating not only a large game/loft area but excellent sized bedrooms all round and with having 5 bathrooms gives everyone the privacy and luxury of their own facilities. The oversized pool and pool deck create a great outdoors feature to relax in and a games room, comfortable furniture and TV's a plenty should keep everyone entertained. We want our villa to be a fun place to relax and somewhere kids will love, hence the Disney Park's themed bedrooms and games console, but we also want it to have a high end quality feel for adults so we have taken great care in choosing the furniture and decor in the other rooms. We hope you will agree we have got a nice mix and something that will appeal to everyone.

We were a family of 8 adults we had the most amazing time in this wonderful villa there was so much space inside and out lovely warm pool the bedrooms were beautiful amazing kitchen and family room and a great games room we had the time of our lives been in quite a few villas in America this was definitely the best I would recommend this villa very highly

My family and I stayed here for a week vacation. The house is beautiful and very spacious. There were 14 people in our group and there was plenty of room for everyone. The kids loved the pool, game room and the loft area so much that they didn't even want to go to any of the parks. The owners were very attentive and replied to all of our questions through out the rental process. At the end of our stay everyone was wishing we had rented the house for 2 weeks. We will definitely stay here again when we return to Florida!

Very pleased with the amenities and the standard of accommodation afforded us. There was a total of 12 guests and we felt there was plenty of space for all of us including the children. Martin was very accessible as we had a couple of queries regarding car hire and he responded immediately. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this villa.

My family and I have just returned from two weeks holiday in Orlando and we stayed at Goofy's Golf Getaway in Davenport. I cannot recommend it highly enough. There are thousands of holiday homes for rent in the Orlando area but what sets this home apart from the rest is the attention to detail. When you spend time at the parks, outlets or beaches (which we did!), it's great to come home to a villa like Goofy's where you can really relax. As you can see from the photos, (yes the rooms are exactly like this) there is so much space here but it's the decor which sets it miles above the competition. My kids and parents in law who travelled with us had so much space to go to if they or we needed a little quiet time. And you felt you were living in great comfort the whole time. We, including the kids looked forward to returning here after a busy day. Whether it's to read a book, use your iPad, play pool, fussball, air hockey or splash about in the pool, this place has it all. The wifi signal is great, the tv's are amazing and PS4, games and dvds were an added bonus. One of my kids had a birthday when we were there and the owners even left her a card and a Goofy plush toy for her! The owners, Martin and Julie, are a pleasure to do business with and we look forward to visiting again. Really, if you are looking to rent a holiday home in Orlando, you will do well to find one as good as this one.

We have been visiting Florida for over 20 years and this beautiful villa is the best by a country mile. So much space and beautifully thought out decor, fantastic pool area with plenty of sun beds, chill out areas if you fancy a bit of quiet time away from the kids , air conditioned games room - what more could you ask for? Save yourself a lot of time trawling through endless villa descriptions Goofy's Golf Getaway is THE BEST.
