Catch a bus to visit the little towns along the coast,
tramway to train station, or walk to many places in Nice. Beautiful promenade along seafront is steps from us!
We have hosted many happy renters, have been renting for almost 20 years.
We had been advertising on VRBO since 2000 and had many wonderful reviews there.
However we have decided not to work with them anymore.
We can provide referrals on request.

I have lived and worked in the States.
My first grandchild was recently born in Nice !

I stayed here with my husband for 1 week and alone for 3 weeks. It was my first visit to Nice. This apt. could not have been more perfect! Close to beach, safely nestled in the historic Old Town, steps to great restaurants, shops and bakeries. Minh, the owner, has provided everything you will need, including maps, bus routes, directions to nearby towns, menus for great nearby restaurants. I have recommended this beautiful apt. to many people and I would never bother to look for anyplace else to stay!

I have been going to Nice for the last ten years. When possible, I rent this apartment. It is clean, affordable, and right in the middle of Old Town, approximately two blocks from the beach. The owner, Minh, could not be more helpful with any problem or questions you may have. The apartment is well-equipped with all the amenities you may need. I highly recommend it.
