About Fayette
My name is Fayette and I, along with my husband Al, and our friends Jeff and Dina, co-own our condo in PV. We purchased it pre-construction and have enjoyed vacationing here and are excited to offer it to others to enjoy.
Why This Property?
We had been coming to PV for years previous to buying because we love the town and the people so much. In 2006, my husband took a walk on the beach and saw a 'preconstruction sale' on the condo complex called Grand Venetian, and by the time we got on the plane home, we had made a down payment on our first ever condo in Mexico!
Unique Benefits
Our condo is on the 24th floor in tower 2 of 3 in the Grand Venetian complex. Our tower is in front of the others and is a corner unit, so we have an unobstructed view of the ocean, beach and city and mountains. It is an absolutely beautiful perch to be on for your stay in PV.
