Our home has a modern decor and all the comforts of home:
KITCHEN: Chef's kitchen with pot filler, double convection ovens, wine fridge, waterfall island, and a large separate pantry. extensive collection of kitchen tools and appliances.
BEDROOM/BATH: Luxury bedding and towels. Split King Tempurpedic hybrid adjustable bed in master (each side moves independently), with spa-like master bath. Built-in dresser and shelving surrounding a 65" 4K TV. Large guest bedroom has a hybrid queen and its own 50" 4K television and a desk.
GREAT ROOM: Great room features a leather couch to enjoy the 65" 4K television with DirecTV, Apple TV loaded with Netflix, and Amazon and more.
DEN: Glass-enclosed office/den has a blue-tooth printer and plenty of work space to bring your own lap top - along with a full-sized fold out bed for visiting grandkids.
INTERNET: We have high-speed internet (avg 300 mbps).
LAUNDRY: Large inside laundry doubles as a second office space.
DINING ROOM: Dining room table seats 8 and a large rolling wall opens to the outdoors.
PATIO: Travertine covered patio with outdoor dining table for 4. Outdoor kitchen includes a natural gas 3-burner BBQ, outdoor sink, and grill plate and 2-burner stove. The patio has remote controlled shade screens to tame those sunny afternoons.
ENERGY EFFICIENCY: The house runs on solar power. Thermostat pre-sets keep you comfortable year round.
BACKYARD: Backyard oasis with spa and fire pit with seating for 6 to enjoy star gazing and good times with friends.
ACTIVITIES: Within walking distance to Mita Club. Social activity calendar with regular events planned. Biking and hiking trails, award winning golf on site, 2 pools, gym facilities, and a bar/restaurant. Close to Scottsdale's world class shopping. Lake Pleasant is 20 minutes away for kayaking, boating, and fishing. Prescott is an easy drive to see the World's Oldest Rodeo and marvel at the granite dells at Watson Lake.
EXPLORING FURTHER: Convenient location for day trips to Sedona. The area is home to major sporting events each season such as Final Four, Fiesta Bowl, Phoenix International Raceway, Peoria Sports Complex and other spring training facilities.
