Public transport abounds and there are buses that take you all over Paris - the metro takes you to Place de la Concorde or the Champs Elysees in 15 mns.

Great for a couple or someone travelling alone. The area and building are secure in the most up-market part of Montmartre. The last vineyards of Montmartre are a few metres away and Montmartre is a part of Paris that still feels authentic.
