This is unique country style cabin that sits on 1.5 green rolling valley acres in WEARS VALLEY, minutes from all the tourist attractions. New hot tub with cedar gazebo , fire pit and Bbq in yard. All new furniture with luxury memory foam mattresses just bought in October 2018, recreation room with full bar, new pool table, full bath, Tv for the games, yard games and foosball. The living area is a cozy part of the home with a queen leather sleeper sofa , amazing views and infrared fireplace . Enjoy the view of the valley and Mountain ridge that can be seen from almost every room Easy access to the property. ,no cliffs ,winding curves ...just a memorable ride on paved roads The cabin is one of a kind, no other like it , the original owner made it in 2013 with trees cut down from the property and designed the interior with a country scheme which is rustic and is decorated in a country modern decor which is cozy, inviting and has been totally remodeled for your enjoyment. WiFi by Comcast Direct TV HBO and 200 more channels Outdoor Security cameras public areas ONLY SLEEPING : MAIN FLOOR : 2 full beds, 1 king bed, memory foam mattress all new, full bath with jacuzzi tub THIRD FLOOR: king bed new memory foam mattress, bath with jacuzzi tub ,heated bath floors, bidet, washer and dryer and 2 open balconies on this private floor FIRST FLOOR private suite (parking level) 1 queen bed, 1 queen trundle , bath with shower , Tv, fireplace, there is a SECOND FULL KITCHEN available . This is floor is private and goes out into the yard . Access to the main level is inside with stairs . Perfect for elderly people or those who can't climb stairs, since its located on the parking/yard level. All linens and towels are provided along with a starter kit of basic household items dish soap, hand soap , etc. Housekeeping is available upon request. Fully stocked kitchen with enough for a light fare or a feast . 2 Outdoor gazebo with hammock and picnic table for additional eating area. Property is on a cut de sac so bikes can be ridden without danger of traffic Games: corn throw and many more. I am also the owner of BUCKET DREAM LODGE on Waldens Creek Rd which is a luxury upscale cabin 4 bedrooms, theatre room ,yard please see VRBO 1047136. I have only 5 star reviews for this property. *NOTE: I PAY FOR THE USE OF THE POOL AND LAKE FOR MY GUESTS ONLY. NO FISHING LICENSE NEEDED* All the furniture is new and updated interior . The BARN is off limits for safety reasons. Parking on site for up to 7 cars. The garage is not for the use of guests. * Guests provide their propane and wood for the fire pit. There are convenient stores close by that have both NATURE AND BEARS: PLEASE DO NOT LEAVE ANY FOOD IN THE SCREENED GAZEBOS, ON DECKS, IN FIRE PIT OR BBQ. WE ARE IN THE SMOKEY MOUNTAINS RIDGE AND BEARS WILL SHOW UP LOOKING FOR FOOD.*** ******************************************************** I live at times above the barn adjacent to the property and you will probably see me about ,if you should need anything I will try my best to accommodate your need.
