This home offers four bedrooms and three baths, high ceilings, an open living, separate dining area and breakfast nook in addition to the kitchen area excellent for entertaining. The master suite has a private balcony, nicely manicured yard, deep two car garage and more! Numerous porches and decks can be accessed from almost every room! Property conveys with an assigned boat slip #S-17 on Cotton Bayou offering easy access to the gulf and back bays. Subdivision amenities include a pool with clubhouse & entertainment area, tennis court, boat trailer storage, boat dock, fishing pier and deeded beach access.... You can also relax in the spacious sunroom while still taking in the views. Both bathrooms have been renovated to include new vanities, custom tile shower in the master, and tile surround in the guest bathroom. Rental revenue and future bookings for this year are already over $96k and it's still booking.

Magnificient Bayou Home' is minutes by boat to the Gulf of Mexico. Cotton Bayou public beach access and the public boat launch are both 5 minutes away. Grocery and convenience stores such as Publix are very close and the outstanding Tanger Outlet mall is a 20 minute trip by car. There are all types of shopping, family activities, movies, and live concerts at the Wharf complex. The towns of Foley and Gulf Shores offer additional nearby entertainment and shopping experiences with outstanding restaurants in all directions. Visit the nearby quaint and historic antiquing town of Fairhope. You may want to venture further to explore Pensacola and Mobile, each about an hour away by car, or why not visit historic Fort Morgan which is about 30 miles west.
