The apartment of 775sq ft at LA TERRASSE is located on the 4th floor. From the living room and large balcony, one can enjoy breathtaking views of the Caribbean sea and the manicured gardens and pool within the complex. The views of the aircraft arrivals and departures are fascinating.

The apartment of 775sq ft at LA TERRASSE is located on the 4th floor. From the living room and large balcony, one can enjoy breathtaking views of the Caribbean sea and the manicured gardens and pool within the complex. The views of the aircraft arrivals and departures are fascinating.
There is a living room with a queen size sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen, a bedroom with a king size bed. The living room and bedroom have separate air conditioning systems.
The large balcony is equipped with a table and 2 chairs as well as 2 lounge chairs.
One of the three elevators will take you directly to the pool and gardens, to the lobby and shopping area as well as the laundry room and the underground garage.
The view of the landing aircrafts is spectacular. There is some noise associated with the landings and take offs when on the balcony, but once inside it is very quiet as the apartment has excellent insulation. There are no night flights.
A supermarket, on ground level, is open 7/7 from 7am to 12 midnight.
Free access is available to the facilities of the Royal Islander Club La Plage and the Sonesta Beach Hotel, across the street (health club, beach, bars and restaurants).
There is a 24 hour security in Maho.
Key cards are collected from the front desk along with beach towels and general information useful for the vacationer. A secure underground garage is available at extra cost.
