Although located in a small apartment building, Casa Troia occupies the ground floor with direct access to the garden, pool and the river so it really feels like an independent house.
The pool is private to the small condominium, with access through the garden.
There is a direct access from the apartment to the beach river and the ocean beach is only at 1.5 km.
It has a large living room with direct access to the patio and garden, a double bedroom suite with direct access to the patio and garden, a bedroom with two single beds with two others that can be drawn from under, two full bathrooms with windows to the outside and a full and very functional kitchen.
Casa Troia has a private spacious outside patio near the garden with a table for summer dining and a spacious garden space just in front separating the house from the river beach.
Bicycles available and free of charge.
The Troia Casino and Marina, with many restaurants, are at 6 km.
There is a local convenient store and the nearest supermarket is only at 5km.
Comporta is the nearest town at just 12 km, a charming place with plenty of shops and small restaurants serving local specialities.
The Troia Golf Championship Course is located at only 3 km, an 18 hole, par 72 and 6317 meters long, stretching along the beach, with magnificent views of the sea.

We bought this apartment after it was reconstructed in 1997 and lived there for several years. The main reason we started renting it for holidays back in 2005 was to keep it in our property, as we are much found of it. It has become a pleasure to receive and help so many happy travelers and share their unanimous great satisfaction with the apartment.
