The spacious living room has new Leather sectional sofa with built in recliner and pull out bed. In addition it has a separate leather recliner which you can relax in under the ceiling fan while watching TV on the 55" flat panel. The room includes a DVD player. With nearly 25 feet of glass, you will have a spectacular view of the ocean from your fourth floor living room. The dining room table has seating for 8, in addition, there are 4 bar stools at the counter and there is a patio table with seating for 6 if you prefer to eat outside.
The master bedroom has an incredible view of the ocean with a separate door to the balcony. A king size bed, sitting area, TV, large garden tub for two and walk in shower all provide a luxurious place to relax.
The kid's room has two twin beds and comes with a Playstation 2 (bring your own games or rent some locally). The room also includes a TV and VCR and DVD player and ceiling fan. The room has a full bath attached.
The guest bedroom is furnished with a king bed, TV, ceiling fan and full bath.
The kitchen has just been totally renovated with all new cabinets and granite counter tops. The kitchen is furnished with all the amenities including microwave and dishwasher. The new Cuisinart appliances include a blender, 12 cup coffee maker, coffee grinder and (four) slice wide slot toaster great for toasting those morning bagels, electric griddle and crock pot. For those of you that love to cook, a full set of non-stick cookware including several pieces of Caphalon have been provided as well as all the baking pans you could need. Trust me you will never be frustrated looking for pots, pans or cooking utensils in this kitchen.
The outside deck provides dining for six along with an 2 lounge chairs chairs great for relaxing and enjoying a morning cup of coffee while watching the dolphins swim by at their regular times.
The closest grocery store is 1 mile away. All the restaurants you could ever want are within 3-10 mile drive. Super Walmart is 3 miles and the mall is 8-10 minutes away. The outlet mall is 20 minutes away.

Please let me know if you encounter any problems or if you accidentally break something so I can be sure to replace it for future guests. Please keep in mind that there will be families checking in the same day you check out so please abide by the checkout times to insure adequate time to clean.
1. DEPARTURE MAID SERVICE IS INCLUDED IN ALL RENTAL RATES & CHECK OUT TIME IS BY 11:00 A.M. FOR ALL RENTALS. We ask our guests to prepare the unit for departure by emptying the refrigerator, taking out all trash, loading & starting the dishwasher, leaving no dishes in the sink or on the counters, close & lock all windows, close blinds, turn out all lights
2. PLEASE, NO HOUSE PARTIES. MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY IS STRICTLY ENFORCED.
3. ABSOLUTELY NO PETS are allowed on the premises or in the unit.
4. NO SMOKING IS ALLOWED IN THE UNIT OR ON THE BALCONY!. This is a no smoking unit. If you are seen smoking or the cleaning crew detects cigarette smoke in unit, you will be fined $150 and asked to leave the unit prior to your departure date.
5. REPORT REPAIRS OR BREAKDOWNS TO THE FRONT DESK OR CALL Douglas Monda at 770-466-2359 or 678-488-7656. We will do our best to have all repairs done as quickly as possible. Appliances and air-conditioners failures can be reported to the front desk. The appliances should not give you any problems however they are not guaranteed and there will be no refund due to their failure. Service calls after office hours may not be taken care of until the next day.

a. Check for thrown breaker in breaker box
b. For garbage disposal, check the reset button.

If you are looking for a family get away that is not in the middle of the crazy beach crowds but still close enough to all the Myrtle Beach attractions then this is your place. The complex has residential houses on one side and a restaurant on the other so the beaches are not jammed packed like you will see in Myrtle Beach. If you are looking for a family get away that is not in the middle of the crazy beach crowds but still close enough to all the Myrtle Beach attractions then this is your place. The complex has residential houses on one side and a restaurant on the other so the beaches are not jammed packed like you will see in Myrtle Beach. The condo is constantly updated with new styles and furniture. We have added a second King bed so couples no longer have to fight over who gets the king.
My wife and I purchased this as a second home when I worked in the banking industry. I left the banking industry to start a Christian School with my wife and decided we needed to put the unit on the rental market so we could be able to keep it. We were afraid that if we listed our home with a rental company we would have no control over who stayed there. We wanted to make sure our home was rented by families that would take care of it like it was there own. We decided that I would handle the rental myself. It has been a great experience, and we have had many great families that have enjoyed our home and come back each year. I am very handy and I love to keep the condo up to date with with new projects each year.
