Parking is limited to Max of ONE registered vehicle with nothing trailered. Motorcycles prohibited.
The speed limit on SP Terry is 10 mph.
You must drive through several of our neighbor's private property to reach ours, please respect them by driving the posted speed.
Early/Late Check-in/out is unavailable.

Unregistered guests are in violation of our policies and would be considered a party (and trespassing) and could result in eviction and loss of deposit.

This property was purchased in 2011
Why This Property?
After we purchased this little gem in 2011, we realized it was too beautiful not to share, so we renovated it and made 2 separate suites. As we made ongoing improvements to the property, we used the bottom suite as our weekend getaway and leased the top suite as vacation property until we moved in full time in 2016. We have since moved next door and now want to share both of our suites with you. W

After we purchased this little gem in 2011, we realized it was too beautiful not to share, so we renovated it and made 2 separate suites. As we made ongoing improvements to the property, we used the bottom suite as our weekend getaway and leased the top suite as vacation property until we moved in full time in 2016. We have since moved next door and now want to share both of our suites with you. We still consider it our home, it holds our belongings, our memories and signs of being well lived in. One day we expect to move back into our special little home until then we hope you will enjoy it and think it is as wonderful and as special as we do
