Enjoy paradise in this 2 bedroom, 2 bath suite. Newly renovated with all the amenities. The master suite features a king size bed with new dresser and night stands. The second bedroom has a queen bed with new dresser and night stands with large double closet. Each bathroom is full with either walk in shower or tub shower door combination. The kitchen has been fully renovated with new cabinets, countertops and appliances. The dining table seats four with additional seating for three at the buffet bar. The living room has a queen size sleeper sofa with two swivel chairs. A large flat screen TV and Blue Ray player can be found inside a rustic armoire. Enjoy your morning coffee on the screened lanai with table and chairs overlooking a peaceful pond with water fountain. The unit has hi-speed internet and cable TV. Do your laundry in the unit with our new full size washer and dryer. Fresh bedding, towels and soaps will be provided upon your arrival.

The spacious grounds are well maintained and features the largest heated swimming pool on Anna Maria Island. Get your workout in at the exercise room or enjoy a sauna at the clubhouse. Enjoy a game of tennis or slow it down with a game of shuffle board or bocci ball. Have a cookout with the family at one of the many grills placed around the property. Take a stroll out to the fishing pier overlooking Sarasota Bay or take a short walk across the street to one of the finest beaches in the world. You can see an abundance of wildlife or watch a breathtaking sunset close each day.

Don't want to drive? Travel to the many local restaurants and shops around Anna Maria Island aboard one of the many trolly's that stop right outside our complex every 15-30 minutes all year long. Looking for water sports fun? Several local marinas are just minutes away for boat and jet ski rentals as well as fishing, snorkeling and diving charters.
