Lovely clean flat in Victorian building, 8 minute walk to great pubs & restaurants, 9 minute walk from station, 10 minute walk to the beach & Hove lawns or if you fancy a short walk along the famous promenade, you can be in the heart of Brighton centre with it's boutique shops & cafe's in about twenty five minutes. Lovely clean flat in Victorian building, 8 minute walk to great pubs & restaurants, 9 minute walk from station, 10 minute walk to the beach & Hove lawns or if you fancy a short walk along the famous promenade, you can be in the heart of Brighton centre with it's boutique shops & cafe's in about twenty five minutes. Cricket fans, opposite is Sussex County Cricket ground, a five minute walk to the main gate. If you're driving I have visitor parking permits & main bus route stops directly outside.

The appartment is very light with a spacious living room with original bow sash windows. The main bedroom is at the rear so it's nice and quiet. The bathroom has a bath & shower. There is a second room which can be used as a changing room & to store your suitcases.

Guests have access to the whole flat.

Please note - There are nine steps to the flat so it may not be suitable for the disabled or elderly.
