About the Property
The condo has a great ocean view and is located on the 5th (top) floor in "A" Building The master bath features a large walk in ceramic tile shower. The kitchen got a new microwave, new refrigerator, and a new stove. All of the dishes and silverware were replaced. I love to cook and stock the kitchen accordingly.

The master bedroom has a queen-size bed, the second bedroom has 2 single beds (one has a trundle -- sleeps 3), and the living area has a queen pull-out sofa.
The condo features flat screen TVs in each room with cable with HBO. The condo has free high speed internet, and a DVD player. We feature electronic door access to prevent lost keys and lockouts. Each bedroom and the living area has flat screen TV. The living area and second bedroom also have DVD players.
Limit of 6 people (except family will small children) staying in the condo. If you have a large party, my brother owns a very nice condo next door.
The beach is just steps away! Plus there are 6 pools (both indoor and outdoor) and a lazy river all on the grounds (no extra charge). There are also tennis courts, basketball court, play ground, picnic areas, barbecue grills, etc.
Not pets allowed. Please no smoking in condo or on balcony.
