The grill area has 2 park grills (charcoal) and L-shaped seating.
Bed linens with bed-making are provided June - September with full week rentals.
The bedrooms are arranged as follows: Top level King master, mid level 2 queen bedrooms with deck/hot tub access, 2 twin beds, and a pyramid bunk (single over full with single pullout trundle).

In the event Tenant cancels a reservation of the leased property and said property is not re-rented during the entire term set out above, then all consideration previously tendered will be forfeited by Tenant and retained by Owner. All payments on this lease are due in full. Owner reserves the right to file a civil action to recover any unpaid rent. All cancellations must be in writing. If the property is re-rented, then rent, taxes and/or security deposit consideration previously tendered by Tenant will be refunded, less an administrative fee of $250.00, plus any other reasonable costs to re-rent the property. The Tenant shall not assign this agreement or sublet the property in whole or in part. In the event your rental period is rented for a lower price than your original leased rate, your refund will reflect that difference, less the administrative fee.
