Why This Property?
I have owned a condo in this complex since 2007. This is the best condo complex in Navarre. VEry well kept, quiet, right on the water . I enjoy the peace and quiet at the condo. You can actually relax on vacation. Very clean and immaculate grounds.
Unique Benefits
On site fishing pier for this complex only. BBQ grills located in gazebo right on the water. Best water views from the balcony . Spacious balcony to enjoy those sunsets over the Santa Rosa Sound. They are awesome. Fully equipped kitchen and washer/dryer in the condo. FREE use of 2 bicycles to bike around the island. FREE WIFI
