The condo is equipped with upgraded internet service and high speed WIFI allowing live streaming for up to 5 devices at once.
The resort offers a fabulous, award winning full-service bar and restaurant serving breakfast, lunch and dinner right on site and the beachfront spa services and fabulous pools are just amazing.

The Island Vista is a stand alone resort in a very upscale neighborhood of multi-million dollar beach homes.
Consequently the beach is MUCH quieter and family friendly, only used by those staying in this luxury resort and the surrounding houses. As you stand on your balcony and look up and down the beach, where there are clusters of resorts 2 miles away in each direction, the beach is crowded and noisy. Makes a huge difference to the pleasure of your vacation!
The nearest supermarket is about 3 minutes walk up Sunset Trail (opposite the resort) onto Hwy 17 and across the street is a mall plaza with a Food Lion, an ice cream parlor and a couple of boutique shops.
The resort has 2 attached parking garages and we have passes for free parking for up to three vehicles. Driving does give you ease of travel to the attractions at Broadway at the Beach, the waterparks and Family Kingdom, the Oprey, the Tanger outlets, Convention Center and further afield.
However, in season there are tourist buses which stop outside the resort and go to most of the attractions, so while convenient, a car is not an absolute necessity.
We provide our guests with full beach service throughout the summer season, April 1 - September 31. This consists of 2 beach chairs and a cabana reserved exclusively down on the beach daily throughout your stay. The cabana and chairs will be labelled with the condo number. Please ask the lifeguard if you have any difficulty finding them. This service is not included for hotel guests as we wish to provide this service to you.
