This charming home was built in 2004 with a lot of attention to detail. The Atlantic Ocean is just steps from the door of this upscale seaside cottage located on Plum Island Beach. All rooms have large windows that face the ocean that allow in the gentle sea breezes and ocean sounds-- there is nothing like ocean waves providing the soundtrack for your vacation! The house is equipped with central air, a Gourmet kitchen, and sectional leather sleep sofa all blend quite well in the open concept on the first floor. The entertainment center includes a Bluray player & receiver. First floor also includes a bedroom with a queen size bed, and a 3/4th bathroom. Upstairs is a master suite concept with full side laundry. Enjoy the panoramic views or soak up the sun from the skylights. The master bath includes a 3 person whirlpool tub and walk in shower. Steps from the king size bed is a private deck that is perfect for morning coffee. One step outside the door and off the porch there is a large private sanded area that allows for any beach games, relaxing or cooking out that you desire. Private staircase (If available due to changing beach levels and tides) leads you to the public beach where you are free to embark in more beach activity or take a swim! If Stairs are Not available there is is a public beach access a few houses to the left as well as another access a little further to the right.
