Osprey Pines is a 1400 square foot, 2 bedroom, 2 bath house built in 1983. Nestled in the coastal pines & wild rhododendrons, on a hill, just a few streets back from Heceta Beach. While standing on the deck and looking through the wind swept pines you'll get a peek at the ocean. Just a 5 minute walk, and you'll be snuggling your toes in the sand and splashing in the waves.

The living room & dining room are one large room, with a deck off both sides of the room, so you always have a wind protected spot, to enjoy the outdoors. The home includes a woodstove, has an entire wall of windows, and has a very open yet cozy and modern feel.
The kitchen is right off the dining room with easy access to the to the deckr for outside dining, and it has all new appliances. Which includes, a large refrigerator, dishwasher, and electric range.
There is 2 car attached garage, a large paved parking area, and a great grassy fenced yard, so you can send the children outside to play.
