A third bedroom on the first level hosts a queen bed while the two upstairs bedrooms each offer a set of twin beds. Our five bedroom home is situated on a premium lot overlooking a lake and is furnished to the highest standard. Our home has a south facing heated pool and spa which benefits from full sunlight throughout the day. It also has an extended deck for your sunbathing and relaxing pleasure. All bedrooms have a TV and or video/DVD player.
We have two living areas. The first has a 75 inch 4K Sony Smart TV with NetFlix, DVD player, and surround sound with a selection of DVD's, books, and board games for your use. The second includes a sleeper sofa, 75 inch 4K Sony Smart TV, Xbox One and PlayStation 4 Pro with surround sound, slate billiards table with ping pong on request. There is a pack-n-play and high chair for use by families with young babies, at no extra charge. All five bedrooms have their own bathrooms. We have master bedrooms with King beds, 1 bedroom with a Queen bed, and two bedrooms with Twin beds. All bedrooms come with ensuite facilities.
We have free broadband internet access for the duration of your stay. We also offer free long-distance international calls to many countries. Netflix is even included to compliment your evening viewing desires.
One of the most enduring qualities of this community is the fact that it is so close to the Disney Parks. Our family of 7 stayed in Tom's home from April 7-15th, and had a wonderful time. The Grandchildren loved their personalized rooms and the pool and hot tub. The adults enjoyed the very comfortable beds and the beautiful view whilst sitting in the back yard. This is truly an exceptional vacation home. I don't think you could be in a more convenient location. Close to stores and Disney. It is well stocked and was very clean upon our arrival. Tom is great to deal with, as he is very prompt with his email replies. He answered any questions and took care of any concerns we had before we left for our holiday. We all look forward to coming back with our family in the future.
We took our family of 11 to stay in Tom's house from February 6th-14th and had an outstanding time!!! From my initial e-mail conversation with Tom (months prior to arrival) and until now, he has been incredible to work with!! The house is beautiful and has everything you need to have a truly magical experience! We all slept great (which is unusual for us) & found out that Tom has spared no expense on the mattresses...so comfy! Being able to customize the headboards upstairs was an added bonus, & made it fun for this Mom to use a cute little kitten on the headboard of my 28 year old son, who does not like cats!!! The pool & hot tub were used daily and the entire family commented on how much they enjoyed having their own pool area!!!! We are all still talking about how awesome our experience was and the proximity to Disney was also wonderful!!! We have no complaints and can't wait to stay again!!! Thanks for going above & beyond, Tom....your house is wonderful!!!
Twelve of our family members have spent two previous Disney trips at the Windsor Hills Resort. We love the area and the amenities. We also love the fact that they are adding an additional water feature for younger children. This is the first time we have rented Tom's house. It was wonderful. The attention to detail in the renovation of the house was outstanding. The house is beautiful. Sometimes when you rent a home, there are not enough places for all members of the group to eat without taking shifts. This certainly is not the case in this house. There are two eating areas in addition to four counter bar stools and an outside eating area. The kitchen is supplied with an outstanding array of glasses, dishes, utensils and small appliances. Blankets and towels are plentiful. Everything was included in the quoted price - no extra cost for the heated pool, gas grill, port-a-crib. The kids enjoyed playing in the pool and the well equipped game room. We found nothing negative about our stay at Tom's house. The next time we do our family trip to Disney, we definitely plan to stay at Tom's house again.
We are a family of seven (4 adults and 3 young children) from the UK and we recently spent 3 weeks at Tom's Magic Dream Memories Villa at Windsor Hills Resort. It is a stunning property, having recently been refurbished to a very high standard and has every conceivable comfort and amenity that you could possibly wish for. The property is not overlooked and is one of the few on the resort which is overlooking the lake from the pool and is very beautiful. A real bonus is that it is south west facing and gets the sun all day long. The Games Room was also amazing and kept the children occupied with its large TV, X Box and games machine, together with its new pool table when we weren't visiting the parks. This was our 5th visit to Orlando having previously stayed at Emerald Island and Formosa Gardens but Windsor Hills, which is the closest that we have been to Disney, is by far the nicest resort we have stayed in with the best Club Room and Pool. It was also nice to go to the clubhouse and have a game of table tennis with the grandchildren and also join them in a game of tennis at the courts which were located just 2 minutes walk from the house. We had a couple of minor problems (the downstairs electrics failed one morning and the pool didn't heat up one day) but within a short time of contacting Tom, his maintenance man Cisco, was at the front door quickly dealing with them. Tom really does go out of his way to welcome and help his guests in any way that he can. We would thoroughly recommend Magic Dream Memories Villa to anyone and would definitely stay there again without question.
Well we stayed in Florida just after Hurricane Irma went through. We had another house in Windsor Hills with out power. We had 10 players coming in town On that Wednesday with no place due to the power outage. The original house owner put us in contact with with Tom along with a few others. Tom was the 1st to contact via phone which to me is huge. The bookint took place at roughly 230 and we were able to check at the house at 4. The pool and patio looked like a hurricane never came through. The house was absolutely beautiful has everything you could possibly need. If you have kids the Game room is top notch had the updated gaming stations. But we found ourselfs playing the arcade game with every vintage game you can think of. One of the best pool tables I have ever played on in a rental house. Kitchen had everything you needed to cook serve and feed everyone. Big $$ saver then going out to eat. When it says he updated he did. When we come back next year we will book this place for sure. Thanks Again Tom for working with me so well.
