This top floor unit has everything you need to help make your vacation unforgettable. Start your day with breakfast on the large balcony as you watch the dolphins play in the gulf. Then fill your day with fun activities or relax on the beach or at the beachside pool. At mealtime, you can choose to prepare your own in the full kitchen, BBQ in one of the on site tiki huts or eat out at one of the many local restaurants. Take a ride to Disneyworld which is approx 2 hours away. In the evening, fall in love with the sunset from your private balcony and then fall asleep to the soothing sounds of the waves in the master bedroom overlooking the gulf. Cancellation: The reservation deposit is refundable less a $50 fee for any cancellation received at least 60 days before arrival. Final payment is non-refundable unless the property is rebooked.

About Laura or Rica
This condo rental is a family business. Laura and I (Rica) take care of all the bookings personally. We care deeply about our guests and for this reason we have repeat business year after year.
Why This Property?
My sister and I have been traveling to Indian Shores for over 25 years. A tradition that started with our parents has now continued with our own families. We are delighted that our dream of owning our own beach place has finally come true.
Unique Benefits
Enjoy the stunning views from the balcony that faces the gulf. You can also see the gulf and hear it from the Master Bedroom and Living area. How wonderful it is to fall asleep to the sounds of the waves crashing on the shore. There's nothing like being right on the gulf!
