- This gorgeous three bedroom condominium is bright, cheery, roomy, and comfortable. It easily sleeps a family of 13, with a queen bed, 2 full/full bunk beds, a full/twin bunk-bed combination. It has two full baths, and a private balcony overlooking the beach.
Please note that the condominium DOES NOT accommodate 13 adults. It will comfortably sleep a combination of following: 11 adults or less + 0 children or more. Examples - 11 adults + 0 children, 10 adults + 2 children, 9 adults + 4 children, 7 adults + 6 children. Please note the weight restrictions of the bunk bed - BOTTOM bed supports up to 400 lb (equivalent of 2 adults), TOP bed supports 200 lb (equivalent of 2 pre-teen children). Please do not exceed the weight limits, for your own safety.
- The kitchen features granite countertops and deep stainless steel sink. It is fully furnished for cooking, and dining area for eating together as a family.
- This condo is fully furnished, including all major appliances - stove-full sized refrigerator with ice maker, microwave - television – vacuum cleaner - and all necessary dinnerware and cookware, including small appliances – blender, toaster, and coffee maker. We also have a garbage disposal and a dishwasher.
- The living room is large enough to sit and watch DVDs or play video games together or maybe just sit and talk, planning the next day’s activities or that evening’s outing. The condo has a self-contained central heating and air-conditioning system, for your comfort. Condo is non-smoking and pet-free.

We fell in love with this condominium. This condominium has a unique view like no other. Imagine resting in your master bedroom. Through the sliding door into the balcony, you get a full view of the splendor and majesty of the crystal blue waters of the Atlantic ocean. This is a family home away from home. One of only a handful of 3 bedroom units around. This is the best one. Not only is it roomy and comfortable, it is also convenient. It is surprisingly spacious for at 950 sf unit. It is right there at the beach. The view from the 18th floor, from the private balcony is so amazing, you have to be there to believe it!! We hope you enjoy it even more so than we do.

Stayed here for my birthday this year brought a total of 6 adults. Beautiful view of the ocean from the balcony and the master bedroom. Had a couple of issues Derek handled them in a professional friendly way. Planning next years trip now. Please note no ice maker in refrigerator unless it's replaced now. all in all great trip. My family and I booked a 5 day stay at this location and we enjoyed every minute! Great location right on the beach with the master bedroom facing the water, makes for great mornings and beautiful sunsets. The property manager was professional and timely. I would highly recommend this location to anyone wanting to relax at the beach. For families with kids, more than enough rooms and space as well as activities on the property. Give it a stay, you won't be disappointed.

The condo was in great shape and the owners spent extra to buy good mattresses. The property manager was extremely helpful and went out of his way to make sure our stay was exceptional. I would definitely recommend this to my friends.

Loved the location and the amenities. Especially loved the security gate so we felt safe to walk around without the extra traffic. Oceanfront view was incredible. Kids loved singing karaoke at the Quarterdeck early in the evenings.

I can't thank enough Mr.Derek for all the help and the opportunity to be able to rent his AMAZING condo. It was my first experience renting from Derek and I can say I will definitely do it again. The condo was AMAZING the view was breath-taking the furniture beds kitchen goods and everything was great felt like I was visiting my second home only with a wide beach view. The lazy river the pool the grills and the Jacuzzi were AMAZING and just a plus to how comfortable we felt and were. Thanks a million for providing me and my family a home away from home see you soon ....
