Why This Property?

The Georgia Peach was built in the 1920's when Big Bear Lake was a roaring gold mining and resort area. In the 80's the Peach had some major additions including a master bedroom with bath and a garage which doubled it's size. Additional Information

The Georgia Peach is 2 doors from the national forest and the hiking trails and right in the middle of Snow Summit Ski Resort, the Lake and the Village. You could easily walk to all four of these locations from your front door. Yet it is at the end of a culdesac street so it is naturally quiet.
