View, View, nothing but wide-open, unobstructed VIEW of the Gulf of Mexico from this 4th floor balcony! Soak in the sights & sounds of the beach from an up close view! Hear the sounds of the waves lapping onto the crystal white sugar sand beach, then inhale the fresh smell of salt air! You’re at the beach! This condo location offers all the opportunities for quiet relaxation and/or adventurous challenges. There are all the conveniences of grocery, multiple restaurants, and endless shopping within walking distance. If you want to be daring and parasail, jet ski, kayak and more, check with the beach service and they will set you up! You can even fish in the surf!
This 2BR/2BA condo comfortably accommodates up to 8 guests with a king-sized bed in the master bedroom, a queen-sized bed and bunk bed in the guest room, and a comfortable queen-sized sleeper sofa in the living area. The living are is equipped with a 50” flat screen TV with DVD player as well as a stereo system. Both bedrooms also have flat screen TV’s with DVD players. The kitchen is fully equipped with all major appliances, small appliances, cookware utensils and dinner service. All linens and towels are included, but we suggest bringing beach towels, if you prefer, and sunscreen!
This location is away from the main traffic in a quiet area, but walking distance to many restaurants, groceries, and the area's largest outlet mall, Silver Sands. The beach area is over 600 feet (more than 2 football fields wide!)--the area's largest beach per condo ratio. Lots of room to spread out on the beach and never feel crowded!
Resort amenities include complimentary beach service (March-October), complimentary secure WiFi, two pools-- large (heated in cooler season) over-sized pool and smaller kiddie pool. While at the pool you have an awesome direct view overlooking the Gulf of Mexico! And right next to the pool is the gazebo that also directly overlooks the Gulf of Mexico, a great place to meet friends and celebrate the sunset! There is a video game room, 2 lighted tennis courts, shuffleboard and fitness/workout room. The fire-safe grill area with gas & charcoal grills are available any time and located next to the clubhouse. In the clubhouse you will find a large meeting room with games, computer access & a large flat screen TV. There are also kayak and other beach rentals available onsite with jet skis & parasail very close by. There is a hiking/biking trail that goes for miles along Scenic Gulf Drive that you can access by just walking across the street from the condo. The physical address is 675 Scenic Gulf Drive, Miramar Beach, FL 32550, condo 404D.

Cancellation & Refund Policy
- Bookings cancelled at minimum 30 days before the start of the stay will receive a 50% refund.

The Beach House Condominiums boasts one of the largest beach frontages in the entire area at nearly 650 feet. You won't be sitting behind anybody else on the beach because there's just one row of chairs, unlike many properties that reach 3-4 rows of beach chairs just to accommodate their guests.
