Loved staying here! The location was great! Super close to a station, to easily travel into Tokyo. Communication was very quick. Terry was open to answering our questions and giving us tips on things to do. I would definitely stay here again.

The room is very clean and the articles for living are very complete. It is very suitable for 3 ~ 4 people to live for a short time. The day after we arrived, we were hit by the strongest typhoon in the history of Japan, we got a shelter warning, frankly, a little nervous. Thanks to Kumiko for driving us to the shelter and providing us with food and quilts, it was an unforgettable and precious memory. Hope to live here again
A very nice apartment, clean and comfortable, and more space than other places we've seen in Tokyo. The hosts were quick to respond and very helpful when we needed information. Definitely recommended.
We stayed at K & T place and the accommodation was excellent. The cleanest we have ever stayed in and spacious by Japan standards. To have our own bedroom and living room cum kitchen separate toilet and shower/ Utility room and own front door was amazing. Both Kumiko who is local Japanese and Terry from the UK understood all our requirements. It's really easy for anyone who speaks English We enjoyed meeting their two dogs. It made us feel home from home. Your wonderful neighbors in the Bakery, Shops and Restaurants and even at the large supermarket a few minutes walk away made us feel so welcome . We feel we lived in the real Tokyo and yet so close to the bright lights of central Tokyo a short train journey from Yotgusi station a 3 -5 minute walk from the house. We have not one bad thing to say about this property. If we are ever in Tokyo again we would be more than happy to stay with them again.
