Turning Right out of the community onto Ronald Reagan Parkway and in 5 minutes you are in the thriving Champions Gate area, with Publix, Millers Alehouse , Red Robin and many more restaurants to choose from.
Turning left out of the community onto Ronald Reagan Parkway and its 3 minutes to Highway 27 where you will find Walgreens, Subway, Dominos and a Chinese takeaway and Taps and Corks a lovely local bar and restaurant.
Turning right u Highway 27 and in 7 minutes its Berry Town Centre with more restaurants, another 5 minutes and its the 192.
Turning left onto Highway 27 and in five minutes you hit Posner Boulevard with target, IMAX, JC Penney and a range of of American, Italian and Japanese restaurants

We warmly welcome you to Sunstreams Villa which is a much-loved family home
To make your stay even more unforgettable and for your safety and comfort please may we draw your attention to some simple guidelines and courteously ask you to abide by these requests to ensure Sunstreams continued level of quality and comfort for all our guests.
1. The trash collection is Monday morning – please ensure the garbage bin is placed at the bottom of the path on Sunday evening with handles facing the road
2. Please do not smoke in Sunstreams
3. Please do not use straws outside on the pool deck as if they enter the pool they can damage the pool filter
4. Please do not use glassware, ceramics or wine glasses outside on the pool deck – plastic alternatives are available in the cupboard
5. We do have CCTV monitoring outside the property for your protection. Over occupancy is not allowed and will lead to eviction with loss of rental fee.
6. Hairdryers are located in each bathroom and a set of hair straighteners provided for your use in the master bathroom ensuite
7. There are 12 beach towels provided for your use in the pool or Disney or Universal water parks – these are located in the towel cupboard in the ground floor Toy story bathroom
8. Every bedroom has a flat screen TV, please ensure the remote controls are kept close by
9. Please note the air conditioning has been professionally programmed and will maintain at 72-78 degrees, please ensure the patio doors and garage doors are not left open to maintain a comfortable temperate
10. Please do not park vehicles on the grass as it damages the sprinkler system

Welcome to Sunstreams Villa, our beautifully furnished open aspect 5 bedroom villa which has been recently refurbished throughout and is fully loaded. Sitting on a beautiful landscaped plot located at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac with a conservation view to the rear, Sunstreams offers perfect seclusion. Our villa is not overlooked so offers total privacy to our guests, relaxing and watching the sunset over the conservation area from the first floor balcony is highly recommended.
We purchased and completely renovated the villa in March 2017 after holidaying in Florida with our family for the last 23 years, so we have first hand experience of what makes a villa truly special.
We live in the UK and have 3 grown up children who love Sunstreams as much as we do.

The west facing pool offers a glorious place to relax and soak up the Florida sun all through the day. Enjoy the restful conservation view overlooking woodland and a lake, make friends with the two friendly cranes often seen together walking around..Ensure you make full use of the sun loungers, table and chairs your family will really enjoy the large pool deck. Ideal for a lovely breakfast or evening glass of wine with the pool lights on, lanai ceiling fan providing a cool breeze and if you feel like it, even watch the 50" TV !
