My apartment has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living room with open kitchen and a nice terrace with a big family table. From the terrace you have a great view upon the sea. It's located in a great neighborhood, 200 meters from the beach, 150 meters from the supermarket and several restaurant within walking distance. Ibiza town is easy to reach, the bus stop is located in the same street as the apartment and with the car its a 5 min ride. My place is good for families, group of friends or couples

The Talamanca neighborhood is very nice and is mostly loved by families. Because the beach of Talamanca has a lot of small restaurants and in general its not too occupied yet, as well its child friendly. The Talamanca neighborhood is very nice and is mostly loved by families. Because the beach of Talamanca has a lot of small restaurants and in general its not too occupied yet, as well its child friendly. The neighborhood that is close by, is the Marina Botafoch neighborhood. Its popular because its central and always alive. There is always something to do, from the parties in Pacha, to long evening walks on the boulevard. The boulevard is perfect for jogging, as well there's a small area with workout equipment. Definitely worth it to have dinner at Cappuccino or Lio, they both have a great view at the old town, Dalt Vila.
This neighborhood is very loved, also because of the nearness of the harbour and the whole atmosphere of the area. For the kids there's a playground area on the boulevard.
