We have recently added a very large, private hot tub with some amazing views of the surrounding mountains.
Located in the prestigious Summerwood subdivision, renters have complimentary access to the Sports Club with racquetball, 2 tennis courts, sauna, hot tub, outdoor pool (summer only), and Nautilus workout facilities.
Due to neighborhood regulations, parking is limited to 4 cars: 2 in the garage and 2 in the driveway. Street parking is not permitted.
