When you stay at the beach, you usually have a few choices of what type of location you get. The best of course is “right on the water,” which often means “were as close as you can get from the water, which is still pretty far away.” Then there’s “ocean view” which means “if you squint real hard, you can see the ocean.” At the bottom of the barrel there is “partial ocean view” which means “if you squint real hard, turn your head to the left, you still can’t really see the ocean.”
A luxury condominium building built directly on the end of the breakwater; The Point at Westport doesn’t fall into any other beach location category.
You won’t drive 15 minutes just to see the ocean, you’ll take a step onto your deck and say “hello” to the seagulls. Or walk a half block down to the docks and pick up fish caught just hours before, fresh as can be.
The building itself is as unbelievable as the location. It’s made up of three stories of 25 luxury condominium homes, oriented around a central courtyard. All the units have views of the water, whether it’s the busy yet quaint Westport Harbor, or the ocean it’s self. The building comes with gated entry, covered parking, and even a fitness center makes these homes even better. Moorage is availabe at the Marina with a dock walkway that connects to the back entrance of the condo.
