AGE RESTRICTED: Please note you must be over the age of 25 to book this property and no one under the age of 15 is allowed to stay overnight at the property. Das Meyer Haus is over 100 years old and it not child proof and there are many hazards within the house that are dangerous to children.
SMOKING: Das Meyer Haus owners are sensitive to any form of smoking (“smoking” means inhaling, exhaling, burning, or carrying any lighted cigar, cigarette, pipe, weed, plant, any electronic smoking device, or other combustible substance in any manner or in any form.) Therefore, no smoking is allowed inside the house and is only permitted on the West side of the house and West side porch.
NO PETS: We cannot accommodate any pets at Das Meyer Haus. Pets on site during your stay will result in a fine of $25 per day plus additional cleaning fees for remediation and cleaning fees as additional rent.
WHEELCHAIRS AND WALKERS: The house is not built for wheelchairs or walkers. If you do need to use wheelchairs or walkers inside the house then please call us first to discuss the limitations of the home.
