Our retirement condo in Tulum is available for your vacation enjoyment! This well-appointed, ground floor unit is in Puerta Zama, an upscale development in Aldea Zama, Tulum. Aldea Zama community is perfectly situated about half way between the Tulum beaches and the downtown (pueblo). It is a beautiful area in the midst of the Mayan jungle, with ample paths to walk and bike.
Condo Natura is a spacious unit designed to capture the local Mexican flavor. With a generous 1300 sq ft/120 sq meters of combined interior and exterior space, guests have plenty of room to relax and enjoy their stay. All furnishings are new and made from locally sourced materials. There are 2 large bedrooms, each with an en-suite bathroom, as well as ample closet and drawer space. The master BR has a king bed; the guest BR, a queen bed. Both beds have premium pillow-top mattresses. Each bedroom opens onto a rear patio that faces the jungle.
The open plan living room/ fully equipped kitchen, with dining island, is the perfect spot to unwind and entertain guests. The large front patio features a table that seats 4 and is steps away from the beautiful swimming pool and common areas. A 40-inch flat screen Smart TV with satellite service offers many entertainment and music options. WiFi is available in the unit. An additional 32"Smart tv in the master BR.
All guests are greeted with a bottle of wine by the property manager, who is available to answer any questions or address any concerns during your stay. Maid service is provided 2X per week at no extra cost.
There are plenty of high quality linens, bath and beach towels for guests to use. Fresh bottled water is provided throughout your stay. There is a washer/dryer in the unit, as well as individual air conditioners and ceiling fans in each BR and the living area. Free parking for one car near the condo, and ample street parking nearby.

The Riviera Maya is a world class vacation destination and a wonderful place to experience Mexican culture and hospitality, as well as fabulous food and entertainment. Local attractions abound. The Tulum ruins, gorgeous tropical beaches, pristine cenotes and the authentically Mexican downtown area (pueblo) are just minutes away. The local supermarket, Chedraui, is close by and provides all your grocery needs.

The pool is the largest in Aldea Zama, and is just steps away from the condo's front patio. Beautifully tiled with a pretty wooden footbridge, the pool is a pleasure to swim in day and night. An outdoor shower, as well as poolside restrooms, are nearby. You will enjoy sitting outside in the thatch-roofed cabana for breakfast or evening cocktails.
