When the supply is over, it is your responsibility to purchase any additional supplies you may need.

as necessary or desired. For your convenience, washers and dryers are available on site at reasonable
prices. Please strip the bed and leave all linens and towels on the bed prior to check-out.
• Please dispose of leftovers and clean refrigerator and microwave/tabletop stove; also wash, dry and
put away all dishes, glasses and kitchen utensils used prior to check-out.
• It is your responsibility to maintain the apartment neat and sanitary throughout your stay. It is
expected you return premises to owner in the same condition you found it at the beginning of your stay.
Failure to do so could result in additional cleaning fees which will be deducted from the
