About Alan Perry
We live in Wilmington, Delaware. After vacationing in Rehoboth for many years we decided to make our trips year round and bought a beautiful townhouse. We can't make it to Rehoboth every weekend so we share it with Renters on a limited basis.
Why This Property?
This home is in a beautiful neighborhood with an large beautiful pool, tennis courts, clubhouse with work-out facility, and tot lot. Best of all, it's on the Rehoboth to Lewes bike trail, a beautiful trail though woodlands, farms, and wetlands that meanders from our back yard to Lewes, Cape Henlopen, Gordons Pond and downtown Rehoboth Beach. The house is bright and cheery and close enough to enjoy Rehoboth Boulevard, but far enough away to escape the congestion and noise when you want to.
