'Seaside Breeze' is a true Key West island paradise. It is a wonderful two bedroom two bath, newly renovated condo decorated in light and bright colors. There is a King bed in the master and a queen in the guest bedroom. You can relax on the balcony while watching the great views of Key West Salt Ponds.
This lovely condo rental also offers a large pool with lounge chairs, whirlpool and tennis court all surrounded by tropical lush areas. It is close to restaurants and there is a convenience store in the immediate area.
This is the east side of the Key West island with a short 10 minutes ride to old town in your car. You can rent bicycles and scooters at many locations on the island and there is also a bus stop in the area with convenient bus rides back and forth from old town.
Close to the following: airport, grocery stores, golf course, restaurants, old town and beaches.
'Seaside Breeze' is located at the Salt Ponds Condominiums. The buildings are 5 stories (4 stories over parking) and built in 2000. The entire area of Salt Ponds Condominiums is beautifully maintained and landscaped. The interior hallways are well lit and carpeted and there is an elevator in the building.
Pets and smoking is not allowed in the condo.
Additional amenities include: coffee maker (Keurig style) , toaster, dishwasher, oven, cook top, refrigerator, freezer, microwave oven, washer and dryer, iron and ironing board, blow dryer, flat screen tv's in bedrooms (42') and living room (55'), cable, Wi-Fi, two tennis rackets and balls.

Naida is from Rochester, NY and have lived in Florida for 26 years. Mike is from Denmark and have lived in Florida for 18 years. We live in central Florida and love Florida so much so when we bought a vacation condo it ended up being in Key West. Key West is such a beautiful and fun place to be and we know you will love it when you stay there in our condo.

Why This Property?
Our beautiful Key West vacation condo is a nice and fun place to stay. We bought the condo in 2012 and have done a lot of renovation and upgrading. Saltponds condominiums are are very well kept and you will love the big blue pool and lush surroundings. There is also a tennis court for you to use. From the condo there is a great view over the salt ponds.

The condo is located on the more quiet eastern side of the island, but it's only a short drive or bus ride to all the shopping, activities, restaurants and bars on Duval St. and the rest of Old Town. There are also several restaurants within walking distance from the Condo, and the waterfront promenade/sidewalk on South Roosevelt just outside of the condo area, will take you straight to the beauti

Stayed here for 2 months while I was having my house remodeled and I was very pleased with the facilities and the unit. The condo has been nicely redone and very well stocked with any items you might need during your stay. The Complex is well maintained and managed with plenty of parking available. A great Pool and whirlpool are available for your visit, and it was never super crowded during the 3 months we stayed there. You won't find that at any hotel! Location wise it is on the far end of the island from Duval, which is not a bad thing. Just a cheap taxi ride for those nights you want to drink on Duval, but it is located right near Smathers Beach. Probably the best area for strolling along the water in all of Key West, I highly recommend it!
