We personally own and manage this condo, so you get the ease of dealing directly with the owner: Drive straight to our condo and go directly in with the keyless door code provided to you by the owner PRIOR to your arrival.
BEACH SERVICE INCLUDED! - March 1 through October 31 - Umbrella & 2 Cushioned Chaise Loungers included with every rental! You will get two padded beach chairs and one umbrella every day you are here... at NO additional charge! That's about a $40/day savings for you. :)

You will not have to fight traffic on the less congested west end and are only 5 minutes (1.5 miles) from Pier Park Mall and minutes from just about everything! Celadon is also just 15 minutes from the Northwest Florida Beaches International Airport (airport code ECP - Panama City). It is the perfect spot for a relaxing family vacation.

Celadon 2002 features an open floor plan with 2 Master Bedroom Suites; each with a King Bed & a Full bathroom that directly connects. The 3rd room is a private sleeping room (with doors) which includes a trundle daybed that will sleep two. Our condo very comfortably accommodates 6 people without hall bunks or pullout sofas - everyone has a private room.
~ Large FLAT SCREEN TV’s located in the living room and each bedroom.
~ Keyless Entry – No hassle of obtaining and then potentially misplacing the key.
The GULF FACING MASTER SUITE has a KING size mattress (complete with comfy gel memory foam & upgraded linens/bedding) and its own Full Bath. The private luxurious bath has 2 vanities and an upgraded shower.
The 2nd MASTER SUITE also has a KING bed (with comfy gel memory foam) and a connecting full bathroom that can also be accessed from the hall by all guests.
The 3rd PRIVATE SLEEPING ROOM has a pull out trundle/daybed (both twin size) (also with memory foam for comfort).
The kitchen (Granite/Stainless Steel) is well equipped for when you feel like cooking and eating at home.
Our condo includes FREE: WIFI, Cable TV, and Washer-Dryer.
A Blu Ray player is provided in the living room for additional entertainment. 3 of the Smart TV's also provide complimentary Netflix & Amazon TV).
The condo has a full-sized washer and dryer in
the laundry room for your use. Linens, bath towels, hair dryers, beach towels and beach toys/supplies are also provided.
For your convenience, a small grocer (Carousel Grocery & Liquor) is located less than a mile west from Celedon. Winn Dixie is 1.5 miles east from the condo where you can pick up groceries, wine, beer, liquor, pharmacy, gifts, beach accessories – just about anything needed to enjoy your vacation. Camp Helen State Park is just a few mins away and also just minutes west is Scenic Highway 30-A, where you’ll find the well known beaches of South Walton – Inlet Beach, Rosemary Beach, Watercolor, Alys Beach, Grayton Beach, Seagrove & Seaside.
HOA prohibits rentals to parties under 25 years of age. No exceptions to age restriction. No Student groups allowed.
No Smoking. HOA enforces strict no smoking anywhere on the premises; this includes balconies/common areas.
No Pets are allowed.

We personally manage our beach condos and have pridefully outfitted and decorated them as we would our own home. Our condos are our homes away from home and we want each of our guests to feel the same.
Because we manage our properties and communicate directly with our guests, there’s no middle-man to go through should our guests have questions or if issues arrive. We are very responsive, and our top priority is that our guests have a worry-free vacation while staying at one of our places.

We enjoy cooking while at the beach and have stocked the kitchen with just about anything required to prepare meals. You'll find everything from spices, a blender, coffee maker w/ filters, a hand mixer, crock pot, electric skillet and an extensive array of pots & pans.
You'll also find many of the small things provided such as dish, laundry and hand soap, trash bags, paper products, etc. We even provide beach chairs & beach towels so that you don't have to lug your own from home.
Designed for a stress-free vacation, we want our condo to be a place you and your family will want to return to year after year.

The property was beautiful, comfortable, and well appointed. We were amazed at how stocked the unit was with kitchen and beach items. The owner, Amber, was a pleasure to work with and made sure we had everything we needed. We would definitely stay here again, and recommend to friends and family.

We loved our stay in this condo with our little family! Everything in the condo feels brand new, its decorated tastefully, beds are comfy, towels are new and fluffy. Kitchen is stocked very well with nice utensils and cookware, spices and a few other cooking essentials with aren’t typically included. Beach towels & chairs were available and the included beach chair service was a wonderful bonus! Communication with the owner was super efficient and easy! Honestly I don’t have a single complaint!

We booked this last minute to try and get a family vacation in this crazy year. What a find! We will definitely book here again. It was nice being co close to the city but far away not to be around so many people. Amber was a great host. Minimal needed contact and promptly responsive. She made the stay easy.

Perfect location on the west end of PCB. The condo was extremely clean and well stocked for all your needs. The beds are comfortable, but be sure to bring extra bedding (because of COVID19). The covers are light weight. The views from the balcony are the best and it has plenty of furniture on it to enjoy the sunsets. I give this unit FIVE STARS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
