Cancellation & Refund Policy
- Bookings cancelled at minimum 30 days before the
start of the stay will receive a 50% refund.
- Bookings cancelled at minimum 60 days before the start of the stay will receive
100% refund.
Cancellation Policy: If Guest wishes to cancel his/her reservation, the deposit will be refunded as follows:
a) 100% if cancelled at least 60 days prior to the Check-in Date (Less non-refundable reservation fee if applicable)
b) 50%* if cancelled at least 30 days prior to the Check-in Date (Less non-refundable reservation fee if applicable)

*As a courtesy to my guests, I will provide a refund of deposits regardless of date canceled if we are able to secure a NEW replacement reservation for the FULL period canceled. Refund will be made once replacement reservation stay is complete. Partial reservation replacements or rescheduled existing reservations do not qualify for this courtesy refund. The refund will be limited to replacement reservation revenue obtained.
Insurance: We do not discourage our renters from purchasing 3rd party traveler insurance if they feel the above
60 day โno questions askedโ cancellation policy does not provide sufficient protection for them.

3. INDEMNIFICATION AND HOLD HARMLESS: By accepting this reservation, Guest agrees to indemnify and hold
harmless the Homeowner from and against any liability for personal injury or property damage sustained by any person
(including others whom Guest may invite to use the premise) as a result of any cause, unless caused by the negligent
or willful act of the Homeowner. Guest must inform the Homeowner immediately of any safety hazards identified on
the property. Guest agrees that the Homeowner, or their representative may enter the property during reasonable hours
to inspect the property, to make such repairs, alterations or improvements thereto Homeowner may deem appropriate.
Furthermore, the Homeowner reserves the right to enter the property at any time to inspect for suspected House Parties
or unauthorized pets, which are strictly prohibited. Guest shall not assign this agreement or sublet the property in whole
or part without written permission of Homeowner.
4. Keep the property and all furnishings in good order. Property Damage Protection provides you with up to
$1,500.00 of coverage for unintentional damage to the rental property during the term of your stay, provided that
damages are disclosed to the homeowner or management prior to checkout. If you have your own insurance in place,
please contact the owner. Guest is responsible for the full cost of any willful or careless damage to the property or itโs
contents.
5. Local law prohibits ANY grills on the decks. BBQ to be used on the ground only, clear of the structure.
6. PETS are permitted only with prior approval and the Pet Addendum must be completed.
