Our relatively small gated condo complex of only 48 units allows you to know your neighbor or maintain your privacy whichever you desire. Frequent informal social events of residents and guests make for an enjoyable stay for all. The grounds are well maintained and are tropical in nature. The heated swimming pool is great in the winter as is the adjacent relaxing hot tub. Tennis court, gas grills, fishing dock, and shuffleboard are all included for your use at no additional fee.
Our unit is 1100+ sq. ft. plus a screened lanai. Access to the lanai is from the living room or the master bedroom. View of the water from most rooms of the unit. The unit is very clean and completely furnished for your enjoyment away from cold winter winds and low northern temperatures. Come and enjoy the laid back Florida lifestyle as our guests. We have stayed here last two years for 3 months. Condo is very close to a number of beaches. Residents in the condos were very friendly. Pool area is very nice.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Lemon Bay Breezes. The condo is pleasant and cheerful with a great view and the people there are all very friendly. Nice pool and hot tub and fishing dock too. It was very nice to sit on the lanai and see all the wildlife right outside such as osprey and manatees and lots of fish and other birds also. This is a great location in Englewood - very convenient to shopping, beaches, restaurants and activities such as parasailing, deep sea fishing, kayaking and cruises. We did all these activities and had a wonderful stay there for 2 months.
My husband and I rented this condo for the months of February and March, 2011. It's a great location and is close to quite a few beaches and parks. I highly recommend a walk down Beach Rd. in the morning. You cross over two bridges and can see birds, dolphin, and manatees. The complex is kept up very nicely. The grounds are beautiful. The pool is always a comfortable temperature. We met a lot of people from cold weather states that were very friendly. The condo is comfortably furnished. The lanai looks over Gottfried Creek. We saw lots of birds fly in (including a bald eagle), manatees swim by, and the fish are jumping constantly. We would have booked it again for next year, but we ended up buying a house while we were down there. Overall, this is great place to stay!
This is our second season at this condo. It is locate on a large creek that empties into the ICW. The condo is two bedroom and tastefully furnished. The owner is very friendly and accommodating. The complex has protected parking, pool with hot tub, and tennis/pickelball courts. The grounds are very well cared for. The beach is only 1.5 miles away. Shopping is nearby. Highly recommend this property.
