Why This Property?
We were looking for a property with western exposure, short gulf access and that certain something that makes us feel being at home. Searching for over a year we suddently found this jewel and immediately fell in love. Looking at the pictures you will understand, why.

One of the kind vacation villa, all renovated and fully equipped. With its location in the south west of the cape, is is the best you can get when you like to be located in areas with quick access to the sandy beaches of Fort Myers and Sanibel island.

A very comfortable and well equipped house

We visited Palm Palace in June 2017 with 3 adults and 2 kids. It`s a very comfortable, clean and well equipped house in a quite street. It´s a good starting point for trips and we had to our disposal much beach equipment (towels, beach chairs, parasols, cool box...).

Beautiful!

The house was beautiful! It was immaculately clean. The pool and hot tub were wonderful and all the supplies we possibly needed to cook were stocked in the kitchen. Great location with lots of stores and restaurants near by. We will definitely be back!! Thank you for a great vacation!!

GREAT home very relaxing

We enjoyed staying at this home, it was very well equipped with all of our needs in mind. The home was beautiful and the location was close to shopping, beaches and restaurants. Besides the house being great the pool area was very nice, I would highly recommend this home.
