Perfect for couples or small families. It's a spacious 1 bedroom apartment, in a 4plex, located in a quiet cul-de-sac off the main road. Includes a queen bed and pull out couch. We have an onsite coin operated laundry and are a 5 minute walk to the local convenience store. We're a 7 minute drive away from the Prince Charles shopping plaza that has fast food chains, pharmacy, a food store and clinic. A 5 minute drive will take you to the nearest beach. A rental car would be suggested.

There are plates and cups in the cupboard above the sink and pots and pans in the cupboard below it.
Spoons, forks and knives are in the drawer to the right of the sink.
The lighter for the stove is also inside the drawer.
If staying more than 2 days, empty trash In the bin outside
Emergency
For any medical emergency dial 911 or 919. This will work on any cell phone even if your phone isn't a Bahamian number. Then call the host.
The first aid kit is located in the kitchen, in the top cupboard on the far right.
For any fire emergency dial 911 or 919.
The fire extinguisher is at the entrance to the kitchen
Bathroom
As with everything else I like to keep this area clean. Please wipe up any "spills".
The iron is located in the closet next to the bathroom
TV
The tv is equipped with an Amazon firestick and preloaded with Netflix, Kodi, flow2go, as well as other live TV streaming apps.
End of Stay
At the end of your stay please return the key to the lockbox.
Place any wet or dirty towels in the tub.
Check all electrical sockets to make sure you didn't leave any chargers behind.
Empty any remaining trash.
Clean any remaining dirty dishes
Check tables, around the beds etc. for any forgotten phones, wallets shoes or other personal items.

Why This Property?
Originally a fixer-upper, this property has been completely remodeled with new fixtures and appliances. We're through a cul-de-sac so with no through road the corner is completely quiet. There's alot of other apartments nearby so a friendly face is always close to offer help if needed
